The UI is based around 1920x1080 resolution although it does scale with all other resolutions that I've tried including over 3 screens with EyeFinity / nVidia Surround.

You can check out my UI in action on my YouTube channel ("http://www.youtube.com/saltire35") or live on TwitchTV ("http://www.twitch.tv/saltire35").

All credit goes to the individual addon authors, without them this UI would not have been possible.

2. Download and extract my UI to your desktop.
3. Go into the WTF folder, enter the Account folder, and rename the folder called YOURACCOUNTNAME to your own account name all in caps.
4. Enter the YOURACCOUNTNAME folder and change the folder called YourServer into your server name.
5. Enter the YourServer folder and change the folder YourCharacter into your character name.
6. Put my WTF, Fonts and Interface folder in the place where your own folders used to be.
7. When installing for the first time, make sure you select "Load out of date Addons".
8. Once installed and in the game for the first time, type the following:
/vd opt and select the Tools tab and then choose profile Wullie (choice of healing or dps/tank) from the drop down menu.
/bt and select profile Wulliee-Draenor.
/raven and select profile Wulliee-Draenor.
Frequently Asked Questions:

Vacant UI
Sleek, clean & functional, with buttons built-in to control minimalism.

Hey. I'm Vacant! I've played a Rogue(+) on Tichondrius for 10 years. My goal with this project is to provide a visually appealing UI that clearly and cleanly presents pertinent information to immensely improve awareness in PVP and PVE situations.

This UI is currently tailored for Rogue, Feral Druid, Survival Hunter, Arms Warrior, Frost Mage, and Retribution Paladin with other classes and specs on the way! Regardless, the UI is still extremely good for each and every class.

Official Thread @ http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/15701236770?page=1 ("http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/15701236770?page=1")

http://i.imgur.com/fmKqbmt.jpg

v1.33 Notes:

-Cleaned up many WeakAuras strings.
-Added OmniBar
-Removed TrufiGCD
-Support for Feral Druid.
-Organized how certain WeakAuras are displayed.
-Added several WeakAuras for, Feral Druid, Rogue, Arms Warrior, Retribution Paladin. Frost Mage, Survival/Marks Hunter.
-Configured Grid to display PVP crowd control icons on the unit frame.
-New Default Grid profile, moves Grid to the left-hand side of the screen directly under the player buffs.
-New Default Grid profile only displays members of your party. (If you want to display the entire raid, you can choose the other profile.
-Added Bartender Profile for Feral Druid (if you are using this with a Druid, you must select Druid rather than Default, when loading the UI on your Druid.
-Moved Skada

Installation:

Enter your World of Warcraft folder. The default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft

1. Make a backup of your WTF and Interface folders.

2. Download and extract my UI to your desktop.

3. Go into my WTF folder, enter the Account folder, and rename the folder called
(YOURACCOUNTNAMEINCAPS) to your own account name, ALL IN CAPS.

4. Enter the (YOURACCOUNTNAMEINCAPS) folder and change the folder called (YourServerName) into your server name.

5. Enter the (YourServerName) folder and change the folder (YourCharacterName) into your character's name. (Also do this for any alts you have.)

6. Put my(the ones you've been editing) WTF and Interface folders in the place where your own folders used to be. The default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft

7. When installing for the first time, make sure you select "Load out of date Addons".

8. Once installed and in the game for the first time, type the following:

/gladius and select the profile: Default
/sexymap and select: "Use Global Profile".
/bt and select the profile: Default
/raven and select the profile: Default
Interface > Addons > SCT > Profile Vacant-Tichondrius

You may have to manually adjust TidyPlates. You can turn nameplates on within Blizzard's interface options. To display enemy castbars under nameplates, you must go into the combat section of Blizzard's interface options and tick the "display castbar under enemy nameplate" option.

Also, you will have to adjust the Last Second (diminishing returns icons) positioning and visibility options to your liking. For some reason there is no built-in profile system for this addon. I use this to see my target and focus target's diminishing returns status. I place the icons under each respective frame, lined up with the bottom right edge with growth moving towards the left. I'd like to have these Icons grow downwards in the future.

AddOns:
Aurora - UI Skin
Aurora Missing Textures - UI Skin
BagBrother - Shows contents of bags/bank for alts.
BagNon - Merges all of your bags into one.
Bartender 4 - Actions bars / easy hotkey adjustments.
BattlegroundTargets
BoneFilter - Filters the annoying Broken Bone loot message.
Clique - I use this for Tricks of the Trade. It allows me to Shift+Right Click the frame of the person I want to Tricks.
Deadly Boss Mods - Disable unless you PVE.
Error Filter - Filters annoying / unnecessary errors message (You cannot do that while mounted. Etc.)
Fonter
Gladius - Arena target frames.
Gnosis - Castbars.
Grid - Party/raid fraim.
HideRaidFrame
kgPanels - Buttons, panels, borders, etc.
LastSecond - Displays diminishing returns of your target/focus target.
LoseControlFix
Masque - Button skinning.
MasterPlan - Removes the annoyances of managing Garrison missions.
MoveAnything - Move anything.
OmniCC
PetTracker - Shows stable locations on the map, and ability cooldowns of the pet(s) you're facing.
Prat - Chat management.
Postal - Mail management.
Rarity - Displays via Tooltip if the mob you're hovering over drops anything of interest.
Raven - Buff/debuff icons.
SCT - Scrolling Combat Text - I've been using this AddOn for 10 years. Perhaps going to get rid of this for
Mik's.
SexyMap - Map management.
Skada - Damage meter.
Skinner
STUF - Unit Frames.
TidyPlates - Nameplates.
TipTac - Tooltip management.
Titan Panel - Bottom info bar.

Past Notes:

-TomTom added.
-Scrolling Combat Text positioning adjusted.
-Skinner removed! Aurora is back! After using Skinner for a bit, I decided that I preferred Aurora.

-HandyNotes added!
-Retribution Paladin added!
-Recount removed.
-Skada added. Click the crosshair button to show/hide and control click to reset data.

-Fixed quest objective updates not displaying. (Example: 6/8 Ravagers Slain)
-Performance tweak
-Farewell to Ace3, Pet Breed ID, and a few others
-FINALLY fixed a bug that has been plaguing me for some time now. Apparently there's a bug in Blizzard's UI frame that affects the STRATA(frame level) of certain UI elements making them sometimes unreadable/unclickable. Well, I finally found out that there's an addon called StrataFix that fixes this ANNOYING bug. Hugs and kisses goes to the legendary oscarucb for authoring this addon. That guy rules. For any of you using the UI who have experienced this ridiculously annoying issue, this is now fixed.
-Moved target unit frame and WeakAuras bars to better balance the UI
-Removed DBM bloat
-Removed SharedMedia LIb 3.0
-Blacklisted Windwalk

LeilaUI v4 (LUI) (v4.12)

Monthly updated!
http://i.imgur.com/THeYwJM.png

Main Features

The idea of this interface is to improve all aspects of the Game with as few AddOns as possible.
This means the UI covers PvE (Raiding, Leveling), PvP (Arena, Battelgrounds), Achievements,
Garrison and Pet Battels. All addons are easy to customize to your own affectations in the
Addon menu and can be disable. However LeilaUI has a very low memory and CPU footprint!
It includes an unique Buff and Debuff setup with Raiddebuffs/Buffs, Target CCs,
class/race specific buffs and trinket procs.
The UI now works with any resolution!
No matter if your Screen aspect ratio is 16:9, 16:10, 4:3, 21:9 etc. !

Before asking any questions to the UI pls check out the FAQ here on my Poral ("http://www.wowinterface.com/portal.php?uid=231681") first.

LeilaUI works for all specs and is adjusted for all classes:
Priest, Paladin, Rogue, Hunter, Druid, Warrior, Deathknight, Warlock, Shaman, Mage, Monk!

Do NOT update addons manually or via Curse/Minion Client

AlzuUI (1.0.1)

Reupload of my previous UI after fixing some issues.

Please make backups of your current Interface and WTF folders before replacing them with mine. I encountered some issues I hope I fixed with the upload but am not certain.

The UI is mainly made for anyone desiring a slight minimalistic look. Raid frames are in the middle as this is still meant mainly for healers. Almost all action bars are hidden by default but a profile with 5 bars shown can be found by typing "/bt4" and choosing the profile "Leveling". If you do this, it's suggested that you also switch XLoot profile to "Leveling" as well. The micro menu can be accessed by mouseovering by the right-hand action bar. It'll appear.

The UI is mainly made for restoration druids, balance druids and holy paladins. Some support have been made for holy and discipline priests and mistweaver monks as well but not as extensively.

To install, extract the file to your World of Warcraft folder and rename "YOUR ACCOUNT NAME", "Your realm name" and "Your character name" to your own account name (with capital letters), realm and character names.

The UI should be setup once you log in but in case it looks wrong, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- If nothing looks correct, you most likely didn't rename the folders to your own characters. You can test this by typing "/refulx switch Default". If it does nothing, you don't haven't renamed the folders.
- If the cast bar (and other elements) seems a bit off, your UI scale is most likely wrong. Enable it by typing "/console useUiScale 1" and then set the correct scale by typing "/console uiScale 0.75". If it still looks wrong, apply the correct profiles with "/reflux switch Default".
- If the minimap doesnt look right, right-click minimap and check Use Global Profile
- If nameplates dont look right, type /tidyplates and set Primary and Second Spec Themes as Threat plates

The UI is meant for 1920x1080 resolution and might look bad on other resolutions.

FauxMazzle (6.1.2)

For most designated resolutions up to 1920x1200. For resolutions greater than 1920x1200, your mileage may vary.

Many thanks to the generosity of Elcarath for allowing 3 very cool skins to be added to this project.

I would like to thank Excelis, Nonspecific, mfrnka and the addon authors without whom FauxMazzle would not be half the product it is today. As always, a big thank you to MazzleFizz for the original MazzleUI.

Release 6.1.2
Requires running the FauxMazzle process once.

New: The bottom left hotspot toggles the Draenor zone ability button.
Updated: Latest known addons included.

End of release notes.

What is FauxMazzle?
FauxMazzle is a look and feel tribute to MazzleFizz's once great MazzleUI that sadly didn't make it out of the Burning Crusade.

What do you get?

Background textures that although not Mazz's, I consider are a reasonable approximation. If you have the textures from the original MazzleUI (including those from other authors that were part of the pack), they should also work with FauxMazzle. If you do have Mazzlefizz's original textures please DO NOT publish/upload/share them, Mazzlefizz was very specific about the use of MazzleUI code and art.
3 additional skins from the original MazzleUI compilation, courtesy of Elcarath (see the screenshots).
An in-game configuration dialog for the "configurable" addons listed.
The ability to choose your own replacement addons (which you will have to configure yourself).
The ability to switch off/on configuration of individual addons should you want to make and preserve your own changes or play around and then re-apply the default settings.
A MazzleUI style HUD with additional Druid mana/pet health insert.
The joy of once again seeing a cool MazzleUI style layout without hours (and hours and ....) of fiddling around.
The ability to have this quick, easy setup for all your characters new and old.

Suspiciously Missing!
FauxMazzle does not include bag, data broker/information bar or quest log addons (it does include a way to move the ObjectiveTracker window).
While MazzleUI included these types of addons, there are many flavours of each now available at WoWInterface.com and they don't overly impact on the overall look in-game, choose the one that works best for you.

How do I use FauxMazzle?

Download FauxMazzle

Exit the game.

Rename or move elsewhere the WTF folder at :\\World of Warcraft\WTF.

Move elsewhere all the folders (or at least the ones not on the list below) from :\\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\.

Unzip the FauxMazzle .zip file and copy the newly extracted addons to the folder :\\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\.

Start the game and at the character selection screen press the "AddOns" button (lower left corner) and check the "Load out of date AddOns" box (the first time you run FauxMazzle configuration tool (/FM) you will be warned to do this even if you have already done so).

Enter the world and type /FM (see slash commands below) . The configuration window should have boxes ticked for the addons you have installed.

Check/Uncheck boxes for the addons you do/don't want configured.

Use the SmartBuff button to configure reminders for timed buffs etc.

Use the options under the HUD tab to configure the HUD to you liking.

Press the FauxMazzle button and let FauxMazzle go to work bringing you a bright new interface for your character to take on the world (of Warcraft).

Where's my game menu and where are my bags?

Move the mouse to the right hand side of your screen just above the background artwork and your MicroMenu will appear.
Move the mouse just above MicroMenu and your bags will appear.

Slash commands.

/FM or /FAUXMAZZLE - Open the FauxMazzle configuration window (/fm and /fauxmazzle are interchangeable for all slash commands.
/FM OOCnn - Where nn is a number between 0 and 100. Set the out-of-combat alpha for the player portion of the hud. This setting is also available under the HUD tab in the FauxMazzle configuration window.

Options of note:

Exiting or reloading WoW with the Unique checkbox unchecked will save the current settings as the Global default for every new character FauxMazzled.
Exiting or reloading WoW with the Unique checkbox checked will save the current HUD settings as personal to the current character.
Once checked/saved, unchecking the Unique checkbox will revert a personal setting to the current Global settings.
Pressing the DEFAULT button will reset to the default FauxMazzle settings.

Using Target of Target and Focus Frames.

The Target of Target frame won't display unless your target has a target selected.
The Focus frame won't show unless you have set a focus unit. Rignt click on the desired unit and select Set Focus from the menu. To clear, right click on the Focus frame and selec Clear Focus from the menu.

The Objective Tracker. (quest dropdown list)
This can be moved for each character to the position you prefer on the screen by holding down the SHIFT key and dragging it. It will not let you take it off-screen.

The default position in the original MazzleUI for the quest log was top left of the screen below the then FuBar bar.

Hey all this is Towelliee on Stormrage

For the ElvUI version of my UI click HERE ("http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info23265-TowellieesTankUIElvUI1920x1080.html")

My UI is a mix of LUI http://www.wow-lui.com and other addons. But mainly credit goes out to Loui. I been using LUI since it came out and I have never looked back. As much as I tried to see if there was something better out there, there never was(list of addons in this pack at the bottom).

**The Towelliee's UI Installer ("http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info22150-TowellieesUIToonsetuptool.html#info") **

For Mac instructions scroll to the bottom!!!

You can now post UI question's on Towelliee's UI Forum ("http://forums.towelliee.com/threads/towelliees-wow-ui.211/") thread.

UI Installer V1.0.0.5 Added option to copy back your previous keybinds/macros from the backup made by the Clean Install option.
It is highly recommended not to delete or move your WTF folder if you want to use this feature.
It's Best to just make a copy of the WTF folder you want to back it up yourself.

Installer/Game Instructions

Step 1 : MOVE the INTERFACE/FONTS folder out of the WoW folder. We need the WoW folder to not have the 2 folders inside.
Step 2 : Copy the Contents of the Zip file into the WoW folder (overwrite if asked).
Step 3 : Download the toon setup tool from HERE ("http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info22150-TowellieesUIToonsetuptool.html#info") and put the exe file in your wow folder(where wow.exe is).
Step 4 : run Towelliee.exe (the Toon setup installer) from your wow folder, and select the appropriate install type, for initial install it is recommended to do a Clean Install (some installer info below).
Step 5 : Once you're in game just click that HAMMERS UP!!! button.
Step 6 : Quit the game completely before doing additional Toon setup.

If you are having issues getting your toon setup run the toon installer as admin
(right click towelliee.exe -> run as administrator)

The ui install instruction video on youtube is obsolete, do not use it as instructions to install the current UI verions

Installer Info
you have 3 install types to choose from, press the ? button for details about them.
the installer will detect if it's in the correct location, if it's not you will get errors when trying to choose account
When in the correct location you will be able to choose the account/server/toon from a list of previously played characters on this wow installation
(if a toon is not listed, log on to it, then exit the game)

What do you do if you're on a Mac?

The old manual method:

1st thing backup your \WTF\Account folder.

Manually copy and rename folders from \WTF\LUI-Towelliee\Setup.
Copy ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL to \WTF\Account and rename it to your Account name (look what the name was in the Account folder back up you made).
Inside the account folder rename "SERVER NAME HERE" to your server's name.
Inside the server folder rename "TOON NAME HERE" to your toon's name.

Login to your toon and hit that Hammers Up! button

For any additional toon on the same server just copy the "TOON NAME HERE" folder from "\WTF\LUI-Towelliee\Setup\ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL\SERVER NAME HERE" to the WTF\Account\\ and rename it to the toon's name.

For toon on diffarent server on same account copy the "SERVER NAME HERE" folder from "\WTF\LUI-Towelliee\Setup\ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL"
and rename "SERVER NAME HERE" to your other server, and inside that rename the "TOON NAME HERE" to your toon's name.

For a toon on diffarent account just do the entire procedure on top.

-Blacklisted Windwalk

http://img3.abload.de/img/zorkifiedlemx.gif (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/download9175-RothUIDiablo)
Since more and more leaked downloads of my interface appear on the internet, please remember: There is only one official download of the Roth UI. And that is this one, on wowinterface.com. All other downloads available are leaked and are not officially supported by me.
Only this one is ZORKIFIED!

INSTALLATION GUIDE
If you are a first time Roth UI user you may want to check the tutorial video from Tachi showing the installation process.
How To Install and Configure Roth UI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpJOSI0ZMI4)

Open your World of Warcraft folder.
Backup your "Interface" folder. (Copy it somewhere save!)
Now: Delete the "Interface" folder inside your World of Warcraft folder.
Download Roth UI and save the ZIP-file to your Desktop.
The ZIP-file includes a "Interface" and a "Fonts" folder. Copy both folders into your World of Warcraft folder.
Start World of Warcraft. (If you had it open while copying, restart it now to load the textures.)
Before logging in make sure all the addons are activated correctly.
Login and have fun playing!

FAQ - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!

Do not use any auto updater for addons in this compilation, they can mess stuff up.
If you don't like the scaling or something doesn't fit, hit the escape-key while in-game and go to the graphic settings. Now activate the UI-scaling checkbox and move the slider. Hit OK and see what you got. Move it until you like the settings.
Same goes for the chat. If it doesn't fit just right-click the chat-tab. Unlock the chat and move it around until you feel comfortable.

ORB CONFIG
When patch 5.2 hit the live servers a new version of oUF_Diablo was applied. Large parts of oUF_Diablo got rewritten, that includes large parts of the config.lua containing the orb animation settings. Most of those settings can then be changed via ingame config. The config can be accessed via

/diablo config

Cartographer is a modular, lightweight, and efficient framework for manipulation of the world map.
Battlegrounds : allows viewing of battlegrounds outside of the zone.
Coordinates : adds coordinates to the bottom of the world map of the player and the cursor.
Foglight : Shows unexplored areas on the map. replacement for MozzFullWorldMap or Unexplorer. Much more efficient, though.
Group Colors : turns all your party's and your raid's POIs into circles colored based on class, and shows a number on them based on their raid group.
Guild Positions : show all guild members that also have Cartographer.
Instance Loot : shows loot tables when you click a boss note
Instance Maps : shows maps of instances.
Instance Notes : adds boss notes and such to instance maps.
Look 'n' Feel : allows you to change the transparency, position, and scale of the world map.
Notes : lets you put notes on the map, similar to MapNotes.
POI : store notes that city guards point you to.
Professions : automatically tracks herbs, minerals, and treasure.
Waypoints : allow you to make waypoints and have a big arrow point the way.
Zone Info : on hovering over a zone, it will show the levels of the zone, the instances in the zone, their levels, and the number of men the instance is made for (e.g. 5-man, 40-man).Additional plugins may be found by clicking the Optional Files tab above or at http://files.wowace.com/sw-c.html

Welcome to Panther, formerly Kittyui!

http://www.jmberman.com/files/wow/uilogo.gif

You can find me on Zul'jin playing DarwinsRadio, hordeside! (More contact info within the UI)

~*~

Some UI authors say they won't help you with any problems you run into... you're on your own, but not me. If you need any help at all, feel free to post in the comments section and I'll do my best to help you out or point you in the right direction. I appreciate everyone who uses my UI.

Or find me on facebook.com/Catnipdream

Thanks!

Features:

This UI is made for power, user friendliness, raiding, and quick access to all things as a tank, a main healer, or anything else you want to be! Custom Panels, Custom Fonts, Bank stacking, Grid, Simple Profile Structuring, and more! And this is where my UI comes in really handy... I can set multiple bars, and keybindings, so that I can run my rotation very effectively, which helps in every aspect of fighting, from solo to raiding, and guilds appreciate that attention to your class. The bottom panel acts as target casting.
The Ui is designed for efficiency of viewing real estate, and user power, I know how quick one has to be to be precise and empowered to have the best possible gaming experience.

Other UIs will wipe your settings, but Kittyui uses custom loaded profiles and folders so that will never happen.

Installation:

Log out and Exit Game...
Delete or Move Old WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder, just so long as there isn't a WTF or Interface folder in your WOW directory when we get started.
Extract Kittyui folders and move my WTF and Interface folder to your WOW directory.
Go into WTF folder and rename the following folders as requested: ACCOUNT NAME\REALM NAME\CHARACTER NAME ((Important note: Do not rename the folder called "Account" but the one called "ACCOUNT NAME" all in caps! Account name should not be your email address but your actual account name Server Name and Character Name are not written all in caps.))

~*~

To find your account name: Log in to the Blizzard website account, and you will see your account name in brackets, and on the next page for your account it will say Account Name: You don't use your btag or email address here or the UI will not load correctly.

~*~

At addons screen "enable all" and "load out of date addons" run /acp to disable or enable any problem addons at any time ingame on the fly!
Ingame type /reflux switch Panther (make sure Panther is capitalized)
Ingame type /dom set PVE
And if all else fails... manually just select Kittyui profile under all the addons. (Thanks Jan!)

Fizzwidget Hunter's Helper (2.4.3)

$

0
Really, I'm not one to gallivant about the wilderness trying to make friends with beasts... at my size, it's a good way to get eaten! Besides, keeping a full stock of bits & bibbles for your critter can be terrible for your cash flow. But a Hunter friend of mine managed to convince me there'd be good money in outfitting such outdoorsy types, and before I knew it my workbench was cluttered with all sorts of animal-seeking, food-measuring, and pet-minding contraptions.

This gadget couldn't be any simpler to use: point it at a beast you see in the wild, and its zootropic neurowave scanner will analyze the critter's noggin and tell you what, if any, new tricks it can teach you.* Know what you're looking for, but not sure where to look? It'll help with that, too -- I've pre-programmed it with an extensive database on creature behavior (straight from Petopia (http://petopia.brashendeavors.net), the best zoological resource on Azeroth), easily indexed by skill.

* Not recommended for use by elderly gnolls.

Features

When you mouse over a beast in the world, the tooltip will show which abilities a Hunter could learn after taming it. (Or no additional info if the beast doesn't have any known abilities.)
If you're currently playing a hunter, the abilities will be colored according to whether you've already learned them: green for abilities you have yet to learn, and gray for those you already know.
Need to know where to find new abilities for your pet?
Type `/huntershelper` (or `/hh`) to show the Hunter's Helper UI and browse its database by ability or by zone. Various filters and a search feature are available, so it's quick to find a pet that has what you're looking for.
Visit the Hunter's Helper pane in the Interface Options window (or type `/hh button`) to enable the HH minimap button, which shows when you're in a zone that contains beasts you can tame to learn new abilities. (Mouse over it for details on them.)
Type `/hh find ` for a quick search with results in the chat window.
The Hunter's Helper UI also serves as an improved replacement for the Beast Training window; its compact layout and flexible filters make finding an ability and rank much quicker... and it shows accurate training point costs for upgrading an ability to a higher rank. (Tip: this means you can also show the HH UI by "casting" Beast Training from your spellbook, action bar, or macro.)
Hunter's Helper also notifies you in chat if you tame (or cast Beast Lore on) a beast whose skillset isn't what was expected. HH's database of pet abilities comes from Petopia (http://petopia.brashendeavors.net) -- visit there to submit a correction.

Wullie's UI

Patch 6.1 Ready!

This is my UI which is mainly focused around healing (my main is a holy paladin), however I've found it also works great as DPS or as a tank.

Installation Instructions:

1. Make a backup of your WTF, Interface & Fonts (if you have one) folders.

1. I am based in USA, how can I make your UI work on my server?

Open the new WTF folder and edit Config.wtf using notepad. Find the line that says (SET locale "****") and make it say (SET locale "enUS") and save.
2. How do I move the mouseover tooltip?
Use MoveAnything, search on tooltip, click tooltip and move/drag it to where you want.

AddOns:

-FINALLY fixed a bug that has been plaguing me for some time now. Apparently there's a bug in Blizzard's UI frame that affects the STRATA(frame level) of certain UI elements making them sometimes unreadable/unclickable. Well, I finally found out that there's an addon called StrataFix that fixes this ANNOYING bug. Hugs and kisses goes to the legendary oscarucb for authoring this addon. That guy rules. For any of you using the UI who have experienced this ridiculously annoying issue, this is now fixed.
