This is a complete UI replacement addon built off of Tukui by Tukz. If you have any questions regarding usage I recommend you make a post inside the ElvUI section ("http://www.tukui.org/forums/forum.php?id=84") on http://www.tukui.org.

What is ElvUI?
ElvUI is an extreme light-weight user interface for World of Warcraft dedicated to replace the one provided by Blizzard. A single addon, complete package, minimalistic look, pixel perfect, fit automatically to your resolution and uses approx 1mb memory according to your settings.
What is the minimum requirement?
A resolution equal or greater than 1280 pixels in width and World of Warcraft. (Recommended 1440+)
Important Commands
/ec or /elvui -> Opens the In-Game config.
/moveui -> Toggles being able to re-position frames/unitframes and configuring actionbars.
/resetui -> If no argument is provided it will reset all frames to their default positions. If an argument is provided it will reset only that frame. Note that you can reset all unitframes with /resetui uf.
/moveele -> Toggles being able to move unitframe elements, including castbars, combo bar, buffs/debuffs, Corruption Bar, and more.
/resetele -> If no argument is provided it will reset all elements to their default positions. If an argument is provided it will reset only that specified element.

What is Included?
As mentioned before ElvUI is a complete interface replacement addon, keep in mind almost everything can be disabled/enabled via the in-game config.
Unit Frames
ElvUI includes an oUF version of unitframes, there are several styles and coloring options you can set as well relocate your unitframes with the /moveui command.

Chat
By default there are two chat windows loaded, you can toggle hide them by clicking the '<' or '>' icons in their respectable corners. Also with patch 2.1.3 I'm going to introduce themes for the chat layout.
Classic ElvUI Theme (http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/1599/wowscrnshot063011115523.jpg)
Default ElvUI Theme (http://img856.imageshack.us/img856/5063/wowscrnshot063011115634.jpg)
NamePlates (http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/3913/wowscrnshot063011121243.jpg)
The nameplates that are included with the UI come with a threat coloring system by default. This colors the healthbar of the nameplate based on threat. For example if you are a Tank and you have threat all the nameplates you have threat on will be green by default. If you are not a tank, all the nameplates you have threat on will be red. Vice versa for not having threat. There are also options to track CC debuffs , your debuffs, or display health.
ActionBars (http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/9092/wowscrnshot063011123250.jpg)
There are several actionbar layouts you can have. You can adjust the layouts by clicking the 'L' Icon on the right side of the left chat or by typing /moveui. Also note that the actionbars are laid out slightly differently if you are using a low resolution monitor versus if you are using a high resolution monitor. Anything 1440 and below in width is considered a low resolution monitor. If you wish to use the low resolution version of the actionbars simply go to the config /ec -> Resolution Override, and set it to the version you want to use.
Tooltip (http://img814.imageshack.us/img814/2848/wowscrnshot063011123444.jpg)
The tooltip by default has moving anchor point, it adjusts to having bags open, a right chat displayed, etc. Once you drag the tooltip anchor the tooltip will permanently be attached to the anchor. You can reset it by typing '/resetui Tooltip'
Raid Frames
There are two raid frame layouts available the DPS and the Heal layout, screenshots are on this site. Each of which has three layouts within itself, party, raid (6-25), raid (40). The healer layout is centralized around the center of the screen, while the DPS layout is more off to the site. Each layout has several options. And can be re-positioned with the /moveui command once you are in the raid group of that size.
And much more...
